1. Providing guidance to liaison committees and secretariats

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -

1. Have at least eighteen (18) years of experience of which five (5) should be in Public Service
2. Have a Bachelor degree in any of the following disciplines Urban and Regional planning. Urban planning or town planning from a recognized institution

iii.        Have a Masters degree in urban and regional planning, urban planning, or town planning from a recognized institution

1. Be a corporate member of Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town planning chapter)
2. Be a registered by the physical planners Registration Board
3. Have certificate in computer from a recognized institution
